Daron J. Earlewine
Pastor Daron graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2000. He started The Crux in September 2001. Daron is an anointed communicator that challenges people to be awakened to who God created them to be. Daron has been married to his wonderful wife Julie since August 4th of 2001. Daron and Julie have two handsome little boys Cole born in 2004 and Ty born in 2006. If Daron’s not at church or with Julie, Cole and Ty, he’s playing NASCAR on his PlayStation 2.
Ryan J. Brinson
Ryan oversees all creative arts here at the Crux. He and his Wife Dawn live in Fishers with their two boys Luke and Liam (who Ryan fully believes will play in a band together and be the biggest rockstars of all time)
Ryan came to the Crux after seven years in San Diego where he ran Ground Zero (a youth center / concert venue) and directed student ministries for Skyline Church. In 2006 he founded the triple seven movement, a non-profit production company that is aimed to help pastors and event planners create amazing environments for their people. Ryan is passionate about using all his ministry venues to re-establish the importance of art in ministry.
